RHOA NeNe Leakes launches Large Size SHoe Line

Not be be outdone by Kandi's "toy" line or Kim's "wig line" or jewelry line, brash, bold and bigger than like Real Housewife of Atlanta star Lanethia "NeNe" Leakes announced  on the Today Show that she is going to launching aline of shoes for "Plus size feet" (size 9 to 15).


Tentatively called "Strut", Nene plans to launch soon. Here is an snippet from a blurb about the shoe line.

"Soon fans will have the chance to see how it feels to walk a day in NeNe’s shoes, with the creation of her new shoe line, “my line is called Strut. Right now I am checking to make sure no one owns the right to the name. They will be specialty shoes for those who wear a size 9-13, will range between $80-200, and will hopefully be sold on a home shopping network.” NeNe loves all her fans and will not discriminate on her customers, “my shoes are for women or gay men who wear high heels.”

I must admit, I am not the biggest Nene fan, but I do admire her tenacity and trying to expand her brand.  Plus, for a larger size girl, she has some awesome shoe taste! She said she loves "sick, nasty and crazy" shoes. And what woman doesn't love shoes!

Nene also encourages tall girls to keep on wearing heels. " "[Just] because you're tall doesn't mean you can't wear a heel," she encourages. "I don't care if I'm towering over the guys."

So cheers to Nene! We will keep you abreast of when the line fully launches!

    I love what she has to say about tall girls in heels, and not being afraid to rock them. I cant wait to check out samples from her line - that should be interesting.

    I think it's a good business move because a lot of women can't find big sizes with nice heels!!

    I hadn't heard about the shoe line by NeNe- it's a great idea. My sister in law wears a size 12 - she is going to be thrilled!

    I am so excited about NeNe's upcoming shoe line!! I wear a size 12-13 depending on the shoe, so I know first hand how hard it can be to get a cute shoe in my size. Cant wait!

      Hello NeNe I do love your personality and your style you are one of the few women that tells it like it is, and a real person I love your show. One question I have for you is, What do you do with the shoes you do not ware anymore do you donate? I wear a 10 and would love to be a recipient.
